14th JULY  Competition AT Gourock Golf Club

ALCGA ladies enjoyed a wonderful day at Gourock Golf Club, where we were met with a warm welcome, bright sunshine, and the kind of spectacular views that make a round of golf feel extra special. The course was in lovely condition, and the setting made for an excellent day’s play.

 Division 1

Leigh Duff produced a steady and composed performance, carding 6 pars on her way to a well‑earned victory. She edged out Diane Shaw by 1 point, securing the top spot in a closely contested division.

 Division 2

In Division 2, Annette Toal delivered another strong showing, posting 5 pars and finishing 2 points ahead of Margaret White. A confident round and a deserved win.

A big thank‑you to Gourock Golf Club for their hospitality and to all the ladies who took part. With sunshine overhead and views across the Clyde, it was a day to remember both on and off the course.
