Good week at Auchterarder for Ayrshire girls

In the recent Scottish Girls Championship at Auchterarder, Ayrshire had 2 qualifiers after the 36 hole stroke play.

Freya Russell (Royal Troon) had 2 excellent rounds to qualify on 3 over par.

Also joining her in the matchplay was Caitlyn Bilham (Irvine)

Freya lost in the quarter finals but Caitlyn went on to compete in the semi finals. Sadly, both girls lost out to eventual winner Freya Constable but a great tournament nonetheless. Well done girls
