Captain's Letter 2019
January 2019 A Happy New Year to all members of Ayrshire Ladies County Golf Association. I can’t believe we’re almost into the third week of the New Year, and I have already discarded all the New Years resolution I made! We would like to thank all our members for their support and encouraging ladies into golf and, as a result of recruitment posters, we have 15 new members which is fantastic. I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all of them. 2019 is a big year for ladies golf in Ayrshire, we are hosting The West of Scotland inter county golf championship at Prestwick Golf Club on June 17-19 where the ALCGA team will be looking for your support - we are always looking for trolley pullers, ball spotters and spectators. . We are also celebrating 110 years of ALCGA which is a fantastic achievement, thanks to all our members over the years for their continued support.
